Shipping

Orders ship within 1 business day from North Carolina, with tracking on every order.
Free tracked shipping on orders of $75.00 or more.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Singles ship in a penny sleeve and top loader inside a rigid mailer. Graded cards and sealed product ship boxed and padded.
Higher-value orders may require a signature on delivery.

Sealed product: returnable within 14 days of delivery if still factory sealed and unopened.
Singles: if a card arrives in worse condition than described, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right with a refund or replacement.
Graded cards: returnable only if the slab arrives damaged or isn't the card listed. Grades are the grading company's opinion, so we can't accept returns over a disagreement with the grade.
Opened packs and boxes can't be returned.

Take photos of the package and contents and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you and the carrier to sort it out.
